Overview
Sortiago is a color sort puzzle game. It does not require an account and does not include public profiles, user-generated content, social posting, chat, or messaging. This policy explains which information is stored on your device, which information may be processed by Google services used by the app, why it is processed, and the choices available to you.
Information Stored Only on Your Device
Sortiago stores game progress and preferences locally on your device. This may include completed levels, scores, streaks, coins and help tokens, selected themes, settings, consent-related app state, and locally recorded purchase entitlements. Wallaroo Studio does not receive this local game data and does not operate a server account for it.
You can delete locally stored game data by clearing Sortiago's storage in Android settings or by uninstalling the app. A non-consumable purchase may be restored from Google Play after reinstalling because Google retains the purchase record independently.
Information Processed Through Third-Party Services
Google Play Billing
Sortiago offers optional one-time products through Google Play Billing, including Remove Ads, Starter Pack, and Premium Bundle. Google processes the payment. Wallaroo Studio does not receive your full payment card details.
The app receives purchase-related information needed to provide and restore a purchase, such as the product identifier, purchase status, purchase token, acknowledgement status, and transaction confirmation. This information is used to complete the purchase, grant the purchased content, restore ownership, provide support, and prevent fraud or duplicate grants. Purchase data is exchanged with Google Play as necessary to perform these functions.
Google User Messaging Platform
Sortiago uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to determine whether a privacy message is required and to collect and manage advertising choices where required by law. Consent status and related technical information may be processed by Google to provide this service. Where the app displays a privacy-options entry point, you can reopen it from Settings > Manage privacy choices and change your selection.
Google AdMob
Sortiago includes a Google AdMob integration for optional rewarded ads and limited interstitial ads. Advertising is not active in every app build or configuration. When advertising is enabled and the applicable consent requirements permit an ad request, Google and its advertising partners may automatically collect or receive:
- Approximate location: inferred from the device's IP address.
- App activity: interactions such as app launches, taps, ad impressions, and video views.
- Diagnostics: information about app and SDK performance, such as launch time, hangs, and energy usage.
- Device or other identifiers: such as the Android advertising ID, app set ID, and, where applicable, identifiers related to accounts signed in on the device.
- Consent information: choices and signals used to determine which advertising technologies may be used.
Google uses this information to provide and measure advertising, perform analytics related to advertising, limit fraud and abuse, and comply with user privacy choices. Depending on your consent choice, region, device settings, and ad availability, ads may be personalized, non-personalized, or limited. You can reset or delete the Android advertising ID in your device's privacy settings.
Analytics and Crash Reporting
Sortiago currently does not use a separate third-party analytics service such as Google Analytics for Firebase and does not use a separate crash-reporting service such as Firebase Crashlytics. The app contains internal event and performance hooks that are not connected to an external analytics provider. When AdMob is active, Google may nevertheless process app interactions and diagnostics for advertising, advertising analytics, and fraud-prevention purposes as described above.
How Information Is Shared
Wallaroo Studio does not sell personal data. Information is shared with Google only as needed for Google Play Billing, UMP, and, when enabled, AdMob. Advertising data may also be processed by advertising technology providers selected through Google's consent system. Google and those providers process information under their own privacy terms.

Security
Sortiago limits processing to the information needed for the functions described in this policy. Communications with Google services use encrypted connections in transit. Local game data is kept in the app's private storage area under Android's application sandbox. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, but reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or loss.
Data Retention and Deletion
- Local game data: remains on the device until you clear the app's storage or uninstall the app.
- Google service data: is retained and deleted according to Google's policies, legal obligations, and user settings.
- Support communications: are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to answer the request and for legal, accounting, security, or operational requirements.
- Purchase-support records: may be retained for the period required to resolve purchases, prevent fraud, and meet legal or accounting obligations.
Sortiago does not create a Wallaroo Studio user account, so there is no app account to delete. To request deletion of personal information contained in support communications or records controlled by Wallaroo Studio, email support@wallaroo.studio. We may retain information where required by law or necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Children
Sortiago is a general-audience puzzle game and is not specifically directed at children. Wallaroo Studio does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through an account, profile, chat, or similar feature. If you believe a child has provided personal information through a support request, contact support@wallaroo.studio.
Your Choices and Rights
You can change available advertising privacy choices through the app, control the advertising ID and app permissions through Android settings, manage purchases through Google Play, and delete local game data as described above. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent for future processing. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
To exercise a right concerning information controlled by Wallaroo Studio, contact support@wallaroo.studio. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data-protection supervisory authority responsible for your place of residence or for Wallaroo GmbH.
